Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sumo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Sumo is a SaaS platform provided by Pixinolit, designed to help marketing agencies manage social media content and client workflows.

Sumo provides an all-in-one workspace for marketing agencies that includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media content planning and calendar management
• Team collaboration tools including tasks, messaging, and comments
• Client approval workflows for content review
• Asset library management for media files
• Analytics and reporting for social media performance
• Multi-company management for agencies handling multiple clients

Sumo offers the following subscription tiers:

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the platform

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Sumo. By using the Service, you grant Pixinolit a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Sumo platform, its features, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Pixinolit.

We take your privacy seriously. Sumo collects only the data necessary to provide the Service, including account information, usage data, and content you upload.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as Supabase for database hosting) solely to operate the Service.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

For social media integrations, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant and do not store social media passwords.

Pixinolit strives to maintain high availability for the Sumo platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Pixinolit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixinolit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sumo.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
